Safety Professional - 3-Month Contract

Location: Burbank, CA and Los Angeles, CA

Pay: $48/hour D.O.E

Schedule: Full-time

About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Safety Professional for a 3-month temporary assignment supporting worksites in Burbank and Los Angeles. You'll help keep teams safe by leading inspections, training, incident follow-up, and compliance documentation.

What You'll Do

· Complete daily safety inspections and site audits

· Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions

· Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training

· Investigate incidents and near misses

· Prepare reports and maintain safety records

· Partner with site leaders to reinforce safe practices

· Monitor PPE use and safety protocol compliance

What You'll Need

· 3+ years of safety experience

· Background in construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings preferred

· Strong knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety standards

· Experience with audits and incident investigations

· Clear communication and leadership skills

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· OSHA 30 certification required, or equivalent

Nice to Have

· Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

· CHST, ASP, or CSP certification

· Bilingual English/Spanish skills
